The Insurance Department has distributed proposed changes to the No-Fault regulations. The department will be accepting comments on this latest version up to April 20, 2011. In the coming weeks, we will be formulating comments based upon our analysis and member feedback.   The proposed changes are available here.  Share your comments with us here.  Send your comments to the Insurance Department here.
